Bicycle Rental Process
1. Reservation

Please use our website reservation system to select your rental date and bicycle type, fill in the required information, and submit your reservation.

After your reservation is complete, please keep the confirmation email or take a screenshot to present at the shop.
2. Payment at Shop

Arrive at the shop at your reserved time, wearing comfortable cycling attire.

Provide your name and show your reservation information. Our staff will assist you with the rental process and payment (cash, credit card, etc. are accepted).

Please bring valid identification for verification (we will make a copy or take a photo).
3. Riding & Return

During normal business hours, please return your bicycle by 6:00 PM.

If you need to return the bicycle later, we offer a self-return option until 11:00 PM on the same day. If you require this service, please indicate it on the reservation form or inform our staff in advance. Our staff will explain the self-return procedure in detail.

Upon return, please hand over the key and our staff will check the bicycle to complete the process. For self-return, please follow the instructions provided.
